couple of minor typos, corrections

on edit screen for each smiley image

Visible on only on popup i.e. "More Smileys" (delete first "on")

another one, unsure if this is right but it really confused me and I missed it for ten minutes:

"Expand select-box fieldset by default"

is "expand" the right word here. Maybe consider "Smiley select box open by default" or better still, 2 checkboxes.
