Unpublishing the 1024_v theme (no code, theme name starting with numbers)

I am un-publishing the theme project http://drupal.org/project/1024_v for the following reasons:
1. Project page was created on September 10, 2006 - 07:15, but has not had any CVS commits or downloads available.
2. The theme name starts with numbers which
a. is an attempt to game the theme listing which sorts alphabetically by default
b. is a problem because PHP functions cannot start with numbers, so template preprocess functions will not work at all.

I have e-mailed the project's author and pointed to this thread if they desire to have any kind of response.
