Drupal 4.7 beta5, updated from beta4:

Whenever I tried to edit a node by selecting 'create new revision', I got the following mysq error:

user warning: Duplicate entry '27' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO forum (nid, vid, tid) VALUES (27, 30, 8) in database.mysql.inc on line 120.

Did a quick search in bug list, didn't see anybody reporting this. Makes me think it might be user error?
(Also don't know which componet takes care of revision, node? so I just assigned to 'other' ;)

Unable to reproduce in HEAD. Tried creating a new node with create revision checked, edited an existing node and created a new revision, and reverted to an older revision and then again created another revision. Zilch.

Also tested with a 4.6.x upgraded to beta 5 (or thereabouts).

dami: This just sounds like a database with its sequence IDs out of sync. Please test again with a fresh installation of 4.7 b5 and try to document what you did to reproduce the error. Keep us posted :)

Downgrading for now.
