I found couple of issues while adding tickets:

- Problem started: *2009-07-13 11:26.
The problem started date starts with '*' by default, while loading the page and if I click on the save without replacing the '*' it shows me an error "Non-date format".

- In "Short summary" I entered "Modem doesn't work". in the listing page in mummery column it shows me "Modem doesn't work".

Is these are known issue? or I am doing something wrong. Please let me know what you think. BTW your ticketing systems is great. keep up the good work! Looking forward to more enhancements.

The ticket creator need to verify the date.

Summary: this is a feature.

Sorry I didn't notice it changed the HTML character to single quote. In the above case (single quote) becomes (ampersand)#039;.

Feature request : is it possible to provide a date and time picker for the date fields. This would be nice for the users to pick the date.

Please test the dev release, it is content the bugfix for the "Modem doesn't work" bug and tell us that you see the error or not. If it will be good the we will add this fix to the stable relase.
