Can we add the Rules Administration UI (rules_admin) module to the list of developer modules? I am submitting a patch which adds it to the list. I also alphabetized the list, since there were a couple entries out of order.

Thanks for reporting, reviewing, and testing! Committed to all 3.x branches (after committing #352065: Add setting to select developer modules to keep enabled).

A new development snapshot will be available within the next 12 hours. This improvement will be available in the next official release.

Sorry, this won't make it into 1.x.
