The 'lm_paypal_subscriptions' file contains text that informs users that if they do not presently have a PayPal account, they will need to open one to process a subscription.

Quite a while ago, PayPal changed this for their website payment features to allow payers to use their credit cards to pay without opening a PayPal account. This is allowed a limited number of times before PayPal advises a user that they will need to open aa PayPal account to pay through them again.

The 'lm_paypal_subscriptions' file should instead read 'Subcriptions are available via the PayPal payment processing system.... ....No PayPal account is needed as the PayPal system will also accept payment by credit card or e-check.'

The present uncorrected text will scare away potential subscribers who don't want to open a PayPal account. Please change this.
