This looks promising, but the parent/sibling/child blocks leave a lot to be desired in their current incarnation. Would it not make sense to integrate the module with Views - there could be a view created for each block, which could then be modified, eg to show only the titles.

You can allways use the theme functions in theme.inc.
But your right views integration would be could.
I ll do it when I find the time.

Version 6.x-1.1 has views integration similar to the views integration book module has
