Add subscribe Check Box on User Register Form

Hi!

I think it’s a good idea to add a Check Box on User Register Form, so user can check to subscribe the newsletter when registering.

When I had "enewsletter" module with this feature I had more people subscribing the newsletter then now with Simplenews!

Can this a simple thing to implement?
