I just noticed the corners appear while configuring the module, but, disappear when exiting admin back end. Still running this module on my localhost as I want to get fully working before uploading to my live site.

There's no difference between the admin rendering and the live rendering, except your theme.

If it's not working with your theme, please do some debugging - make sure jquery.corners.js and the stylesheet are included correctly, for example.

I'm using the Garland theme. I tried putting the jquery.corners.js into the theme folder...no luck. Have you tried with the Garland theme? Is it working?
