when i converted my site to arabic language , RTL, the blockquote works fine but only this erro , the quote appears twice like in the screenshot,
any Clues ?

Firstly, sorry for the delay – I’ve been out of the loop for a while.

Your image shows me what is wrong, and is useful in the event that I weren’t able to reproduce the error. However, it gives no clue as to what you have changed, as a live link would, so I cannot diagnose your problem. Blockquote doesn’t have (and shouldn’t have imho) any quotation marks.
