First of all, it is a great theme, i have been using it for more than one year.
I just installed the latest 5.X dev version, everything looks perfect except the dropdown menu, which work fine in firefox3,and IE8, but in IE7 the dropdown menu messed up, the first menu is ok, but the second one has one word on every separate line. What is the problem? what can i do to fix it ?

A fix for this was provided in the Drupal 6 version. I don't have the time to port the changes back for D5 right now, so I would suggest taking a look at the D6 version and porting that piece if you can't wait.
