I'm testing marketplace. Everything works fine, but I can't see seller report. They are alway empty. For. ex.: I as a seller have sold a product but there is no change in reports and orders.

Pls Help

For marketplace to deem an order payable to seller, the seller order must have a status of completed. This is done through the fulfillment section of the seller's selling area. They must "complete" the orders (kind of like Etsy) to indicate they shipped it and are "worthy" of payment. The orders will not appear in the admin reports until sellers have done this. This system has been slightly enhanced in the d6 version.

Hi,

Do sellers always have to manually fulfill their own orders? I am selling file downloads and would prefer everything to happen automatically, so i unticked "fulfill own orders" on the permissions page, but now nothing is appearing in the sellers reports even tho the order is complete.

Should i leave "fulfill own orders" ticked and have them manually fulfill the orders or is there any way round this?

I am using the 6.x version.

Mine fulfill automatically. Did you ever get this working? Products shouldn't be marked as shippable. I can't remember if I had to do anything to get it working, but I can look into it if you are still having this issue.
