I've place all the webform files in the module folder in our website root directory, however when I log in as the administrator I cannot see the webform module listed. How do I access it? Is there an installation step I'm missing?

There are probably files missing from your installation (specifically the webform.info file). Try downloading the module again and re-uploading it to your server.

I also cannot get this module to install/appear in the module list. The webform.info file is present. Any ideas?

Closing this up. The only explanation is that all the necessary files aren't in the modules directory.
