Captcha Math challenge successful, message for other form errors, errors corrected, Captcha "Invalid Captcha token"

So If I answer the Math Captcha correctly but have other errors on the page that need to be corrected before the form will submit, upon resubmittal Captcha, which still shows the same math question and answer as the original submittal, will throw the "Invalid Catcha Token" error and there is no way to recover unless you refresh the page, in which case you lose your form data.

I am probably missing something obvious, any help is appreciated.
