Selectively choose fields

It would be great to be able to choose which fields SaveGuard should (or should not) act on.

When SaveGuard really works, it's great, but there are an aggravating number of false positives -- too many warnings! Users entering data in the search field or other non-essential fields causes an unnecessary dialog.
