The Cloudmade support required a significant amount of reading and understanding OpenLayers and mapstraction code. The Cloudmade layer wasn't being displayed because the OpenLayers/OpenStreetMap layer was loading automatically as a dependency.

This patch sets the cloudmade layer as the base layer.

We don't need base_path() in front of drupal_get_path(). Drupal should take care of that I think.

Usually we aren't inserting a URl into a src tag. Instead we're using drupal_add_js (where drupal_get_js does call base_path) or we're using l() or url() which also solve the problem for us.
