Advanced Book Blocks always seems to show all the books irrespective of the permissions set.
For example if Book A is enabled for Role X and Book B for Role Y only, a user belonging to role X also sees the book belonging to role Y.

This should be taken care of. Normal menus, even those that use jquery respect permissions. Right now custom Advanced Book Block menus need to be created for each role. This is a hack and won't satisfy all problems with restricted book pages. Please resolve this bug ASAP.
