It would be helpful to be able to see the weight of an ad at a glance on the ad list...

Feature implemented.

The code is a little more ugly than usual -- I've not been able to find a way for two different modules to effectively modify the same page. Ultimately the bulk of this code should be moved into ad.admin.inc, with limited logic in ad_channel and and_weight_probability. In any case, the current code provides the feature you have requested.
