I would like to add nofollow only to some internal links on my site like register, log in, syndicate...
is it possible to add that feature to this module? So that list is based on exact urls rather than all urls on same domain?

It's not possible and I don't care enough to work on this.

If someone else wanted to, I'd love to take a patch.

Looking forward to someone coming forward with (and maintaining) a decent nofollow module that actually does what it says on the tin...

Allows a blacklist of sites that will have a rel="nofollow" attribute added to their link tags whenever used on your site.

Here's a patch that adds in a second textarea where you can enter full URLs to add to the blacklist/whitelist.
