Multisite setup

/htdocs/sites/=====.com/

FckEditor working, imce working, upload (djia-day-25-05-09.gif) working. No preview, and after "send to fck editor" the link is changed to /sites/default/files/uploads/u1/djia-day-25-05-09.gif

admin/settings/file-system
sites/=====.com/files

any suggestion?
