On admin/build/types, you are presented with the description "Below is a list of all the content types on your site. All posts that exist on your site are instances of one of these content types."
With "Below is a list of all the content types on your site" we announce the content below, that seems rather silly - which is a pattern we are slowly trying to remove from core as the functionality should become more self-explanatory in this case in line with the work going on content types, it should be clear already.
The "All posts that exist on your site are instances of one of these content types." - This should be apparent from people going to create content and seeing the same titles on this administration page. In the usability tests people didn't seem to be unable to make that link.
