Click on a subject to see the comment, the author's name to edit the author's user information, 'edit' to modify the text, and 'delete' to remove their submission."
This text seems a bit over-done, as we are explaining links and content - it should be rather self explanatory. Also we don't do this for admin/content/. This patch removes the text.
