Auto submit form

I'm using prepopulate to create a node with data:

http://drupal.org/project/prepopulate

I want the form to submit automatically without user interaction.

Basically, there's a link. Click link, the node is created. The user has to do nothing else. I would normally use rules, but rules afaik do not work with prepopulate.

Suggestions, etc, are welcomed.
