Related block setting to choose go to url/node or redirect.

Hi, since the setting to chooses url, node or redirect is moved from the weblinks links settings and moved to block settings, it is not shown anymore on the blocks itself as setting. See for setting image: http://drupal.org/files/issues/weblinks-linksettngs.JPG

Now the related url's go always to the outside-link. This is sometimes would preferred be rules by the link settings on particular block-level. I would like the related url go to the choosen option.
Is it possible on block level to keep the flexibility with this?
