Can't add product features - error

user warning: Field 'weight' doesn't have a default value query: INSERT INTO ec_product_features (ptype, ftype, data) VALUES ('my_product', 'user_price', 'a:1:{s:8:\"required\";i:0;}') in C:\wwwroot\includes\common.inc on line 3422.

Not sure if this is a code problem or a SQL table definition problem?
