It would be a really useful feature i think, if upon node creation or addition to a group, that node was automatically added to the groups node queue. Is this something you'd think of implementing?

Sorry for the delay here.

I would accept a patch to implement this, though I wonder if it's not something that could be done more generally to support other smartqueues.

This came up for a project, so this feature is now added as a configurable option per-queue :).
