Add link back to node in notification emails to event coordinators

As an event coordinator when we receive a confirmation email of signup. It would be good to have a link to the event too to look at the other signups. From a usability standpoint this would help as this is the next thing I want to do after I see the name of the person that signed up I want to look at the other attendees.
