I'm publishing contents in Persian the path generated are like the one in title. I also tried the Transliteration module but no effect. titles are ok in ff3. What may be the possible solution?

I just checked out your site using IE8 and didn't see any problems with the node URLs, so you've either fixed this or it's an IE7 bug that we can't be responsible for.

I just stopped using Persian characters in path. with EN characters it is ok.

You should use transliteration.
