Notes for who adds the translation files

The directory structure of the project is changed; each module is placed in its own directory, and the translation files must be provided in a separate directory present in each of those directories.
Don't create a unique file that contains the translations for all the modules, and don't put a translation directory on the /xmlsitemap directory (where / is the directory assigned to the project CVS repository).
