It is often annoying to see "In progress" status for old partially left quizzes records in result page. Here I have created a simple patch which can clear incomplete or partially left quiz records older than specified date in quiz configuration. It gets fired when cron is executed. Please test it and let me know your suggestions.

I am marking this as a GSOC task because it is directly releated to sivaji's GSOC proposal.

The patch looks good. You may commit it into Quiz 3 whenever you are ready. At that point, mark this as fixed.
