Allow default filters per node type

This module could completely replace Default Filter if it allowed default filters per node type in addition to comments.

This suggestion is cross-posted here in this issue for Default Filter: #222497: D6 support for Default Filter module.

(I've already switched to this module for a few sites, though a few remain that require per-node type configurations. This is especially important when dealing with stuff like forum posts, which often require a third set of filters.)
