"Twitter this post" erroneously appears in Image Assist pop-up

Despite having Twitter disabled for the Image content type, Twitter module's fields appear in Image Assist's image upload/node creation pop-up. This is especially strange because the "Twitter this post" checkbox is checked by default. (This doesn't even happen on nodes that have the Twitter module enabled.)

This could result in individual images being tweeted as they are uploaded and added to other nodes.
