sorry I am not clear how the module.

I created the rules that the blog content with paperino user can only add 3 content.

But it creates as many as you wish why?

There were a couple bugs in 0.1 (like I had a < instead of a >=). Upgrading to 0.2 should fix that. Try that and let me know if that works. =)
