Once i enabled the maxlength , i can no longer set a min requirements of word in the body, as whatever i set the min is , for example 25 words, it will validate me as error of not enough words ever i enter more than 25 words.

i couldn't reproduce your issue.
I enabled the latest maxlength module version, then I set a minimum number of words for the Page content type's body field, and also a maximum number of characters for it. It seems to be working fine.

Can you explain how to reproduce your error?
