The dialog renders a view and its displays separately. Therefor each display has its own filter form resulting in different state of the filter form when switching the display (via tabs).

I see that views renderes filters for each display. Is there a way to invent a session or at least have same filters for each display?

When selecting a view item and switching the display (via tabs) the user should always be directed to selected item, i. e. scrolling down, opening another page etc.

Good news:
Exposed filter can now be placed outside the dialog tabs. Selection is the same across all displays.

Still to work on:
Dialog displays have to have the same filtered content and point to the selected item of a previous selection, i. e. scrolling down, opening another page etc.
