This would be nice, as I could address anonymous and authenticated users with the same panel page. I often did this by creating a block and restircting the block to show only for anonymous users. But somehow this is not working anymore.... I don't know where the problem lies. But for my needs the possibility to restrict a custom panel content 'part' only to anonymous users right there would make this task much easier anyway. :-) Thanx for the amazing module!

You should be able to add a 'new visibility rule'. Select 'User: role' (previously it was User access by role) and select the anonymous role. Then save and that pane should now become visible only to anonymous users.
