So can anybody explane me which solution should I use to get "category/subcategory_name/item_name" instead of "category/1/2/3"?

I have found http://drupal.org/node/234513 and http://drupal.org/node/192493,but people getting different results.

Is there a fully completed solution?

I am killing this issue... 5.x version seems to be no loger atively supported.
