Apparently no longer the case. I could only find 2 pages on that demo site, http://dev.webserver9.com/appleweb/ and http://dev.webserver9.com/appleweb/node/2 and neither seemed to link or push any PDF file.
(my using of NoScript might have skewed the result although I authorised the domain and read the page's source code)
Tested with Firefox in Linux.
