Only the first match and teaser problem

Hi, the problem can be reproduced easily.
In drupal6 we have the option for not showing the summary/teaser in full node view.
If this is selected with "only the first match" in glossary settings, combined.
And if the glossary term is on both the teaser and full node body; nothing is processed.

That is probably because "only the first match" finds the term in the teaser, processes it and stops; and the term to be found in the remaing node content cannot be displayed.

Any help or directions?
