Do not Show user-added terms, but show the terms added by that user

Do not Show user-added terms, but show the terms added by that user.

So I want to encourage users to choose the organizations I select. But then if the user adds his own organization, then likely every other time he wants to use the node he'll also choose the organization he added. It would be great if that organization is in the list, but not the ones added by other people.
