I am currently using Drupal as a feed aggregator & have setup the default feed aggregator module for the same, I have installed your module & set it up for the admin account on Drupal (my account). I want to know whether this module will now publish the new entries to the twitter account I have assigned?

There is a separate feature request for this module that asks for the possibility to specify on a per-content-type which content types should automatically be posted to Twitter (or laconica, which is also supported by this module)

Outside the scope of this module. I would recommended using this module with the action/rules -module to pull that off.
