Thought this might be welcome alternative to the grid and table layouts in ubercart:
http://www.abercrombie.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/category1_10051_109...
That is: all products belonging to the selected category in a single row, with an in-page scroll bar.
What would be a generic (reusable) way to go about this?

rszrama commentedPeople have done that, and I think it could be done through theming a View... in which case it's not a change we'll want to introduce into core.

alexmalka commentedHello there I would appreciate if someone could help me I'm currently working on a project that needs the exact same layout as this for the e-commerce all products on one line with a nice scroll bar. Here is the address again http://www.abercrombie.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/category1_10051_109....
I think that rszrama is right, this could be done through theming a view, but like I said I'm not to sure on how to go about this. Plus I am using drupal eCommerce and not ubercart, is that OK??? I think yes...
So please much help would be appreciated even a link to a tutorial would be a good start.
Thanks in advance.

rdeboerThis may come close to what you need: Views Carousel.
Also Views Slideshow perhaps?

tr commented@alexmalka: If you're using eCommerce, you need to open an issue in the queue for that module, NOT Ubercart.
