Entry field(s) not showing up in Taxonomy manager/edit [#399088]

I downloaded and installed the 5.x.1.1 release of taxonomy title for drupal 5.x It installed fine and the taxonomy_title table but for some reason when I go into the taxonomy manager and edit a term, there is no new entry field for taxonomy title. I added the template code distributed with the download but am assuming that this is only for the title to be populated, not for displaying the form field. Any ideas?

Though I stated that I had version 5.x.1.1 in my original post, I was basing that on what was in the taxonomy_title.info file which aparently wasn't updated with the 5.2 version. I downloaded the 5.2 version again and that's when I realized I had the most recent 5.2 version already

Was looking in the wrong form....Myself and 2 others all got the impression the new field would be on all taxonomies edit form but was added to the vocabulary term edit form.
