In searching through the results, since it uses the username I find it difficult to know who sent, is it possible to add a extra field for name ?

Use webform reports, you can customize it as you want.

Or #273837: Views Integration for Webform. The results page will not be customizable in any other way, since I'm not going to start to re-implement what Views already does quite well.
