Port to the "sort_title" Solr schema

In #370707: compact field names, use analysers for "order only" fields in schema.xml the upstream solr schema changed so that we need to use "sort_title" instead of "title_sort". Need to coordinate this change with moving d.o to the latest solr code and schema.
