Why is it that user language support and date time localization fields can't be enabled/ diabled?

I just didn't think of it cause I don't use localization modules.

Since the original poster hasn't gotten back to this to request it, I'm closing this ticket. If you *do* need this feature - please open another ticket. Keep in mind, we are generally trying to take any changes on the 7.x branch, not the 6,x branch.
