When matching CSV columns with database fields, it would be nice to be able to see more than just the first line in the CSV file.

Add Previous/Next Line controls so that users can change what line is displayed.

I don't see the point of adding this. IMHO the first line of the CSV-file should make clear what the fields are. However, since it is feature request from the project owner and maintainer, I think it should be up to him to close or implement.

But feature requests go into the newest, active branch, so changing version.
