I installed as indicated. I can vote, and the vote is recorded. However when I go to the "Vote up/down" menu it is empty. Similarly if I select

* Users by votes

it is also empty.

Any insight is highly appreciated.

Please take a look to the update on the project page, now 5.x is not-really-maintained.
