I have a lot of transitions and want to add my custom "workflow email" action to all of them. It would be nice to have a way to add actions to all or multiple transitions in one go.

Since this request is over 2 years old and you haven't re-upped it, I'm going to assume you found a solution with Rules and have moved on.If you are still interested in this, take a look at the Drupal 7 version and open a new ticket and I'll be glad to look at it.
