Excerpt from an Invisimail documentation page:

I want to keep the URL filter to do the http links; however, by default it also does the mailto links. In this case, should the Invisimail filter setting for "automatically create links" be disabled? Which filter should have the largest number?

The 6.x-1.1 release includes a new regex that should handle stacking with url filter more gracefully. The 5.x version is no longer getting new work.
